General Terms and Conditions IN VIA HOTEL

These terms and conditions apply to the services offered by IN VIA Hotels.

Booking

A booking is only considered binding once it has been confirmed in writing. This confirmation is usually sent within a few days of the reservation being made. For last-minute room bookings made by telephone, the verbal agreement is binding.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the room is usually available from 2:00 p.m.

On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. Failure to comply will result in additional costs. Luggage storage is available!

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to use your booked service as planned, please notify us immediately in writing. If the number of people registered for a booked event or room reservation is more than 10% lower than the number of people registered, we will charge the following cancellation fee:

• Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start: 20% of the total price
• Cancellation up to 14 days before the start: 50% of the total price
• Cancellation up to 7 days before the start: 70% of the total price
• In case of non-use: 100% of the total

Withdrawal by the hotel

The hotel is entitled to withdraw from the contract for justified reasons:

• An event threatens to jeopardize the smooth operation, safety, or reputation of the hotel.
• In the event of force majeure
• Rooms or spaces were booked culpably under misleading or false information or by concealing essential facts
• In the event of false identity of the customer, lack of solvency, or non-transparent purpose of stay
• Obviously incorrect price labeling
• Other important reasons

Any claims for damages against the hotel are excluded.

Payment options

You have the option of paying in cash or by card on site.

If the invoice is issued in the name of a third party, we require a declaration of assumption of costs with a legally valid signature. We reserve the right to charge advance and partial payments.

Terms of payment

The invoice is due immediately without deduction.

Data protection

Personal data is stored when you make your booking.
