Alarm signal
When the alarm siren sounds, we ask you to leave the hotel immediately via the signposted emergency exits.
Please follow the instructions of the staff and the fire brigade.
Fire extinguishers and fire alarms are located on each floor. They are marked on each escape plan in your room.

Fire alarm system
The hotel is equipped with a central fire alarm system.
Open fire is forbidden in all areas, this also includes any cooking equipment and usage thereof.
In case you are causing an unjustified alarm the incurring cost of 1.000.00 € will be charged to you.
Internet access in IN VIA Hotel
Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the hotel Login credentials can be obtained at the reception.
The technical prerequisite for access is a WLAN-enabled terminal device.
Keys
You will receive a room key and a front door key.
Always take your room key with you, as the room door closes automatically.
If you lose your room key or front door key, we will charge you for the costs incurred.
Laundry
We are happy to clean your clothes. Please use the laundry bags provided in your wardrobe for this purpose. Fill out the laundry slip and place it in the laundry bag. If you hand in your laundry at reception by 8:00 a.m. on weekdays, it will be returned to you the day after next by 6:00 p.m. at the latest.
Luggage room
During arrival or departure, you can store your luggage in our luggage room. The hotel does not take any liability for stored luggage.
Lunch
Lunch buffet is offered in the restaurant Culinarium.

The restaurant is located on the first floor of the main building.
Please prepay for lunch at the front desk on the same day until 9:30 am.
If you wish to send out any mail please drop it at the reception until 2:30 pm. It will be send out on the same day. Please ask the reception for any mail that you might have received.

Restaurant Culinarium
The restaurant Culinarium is our central place for serving you the different daily meals.
Breakfast buffett:
- Monday till friday 7:00 am – 9:30 am
- Saturdays 7:00 am till 10:00 am
- Sundays and public holidays 8:00 am till 10:00 am
Lunch buffet:
- weekdays from 12:00 pm – 13:00 pm
Evening buffet for groups of 15 or more on request.
Reservation
We would be happy to welcome you again and would appreciate if you could make your reservation directly with us. We also offer a loyalty program for our frequent guests.
Safe
If you have any items of value you are concerned about, you can have them locked away in the safe at the reception. Access is only possible during the opening hours of the reception.
The hotels is not liable for valuables that are not secured in the hotel safe. Please have all items of value locked into the hotel safe at the reception.

Baby- or additional beds for infants are available upon request. Please contact the reception.

The reception is happy to provide suggestions on shopping destinations. The main pedestrian shopping area Westernstraße is located in the city center and about 10 minutes away from the hotel.
Smoking
The entire house is smoke-free.
Smoking is possible on the 3rd and 4th floor in the main building in the designated rooms.
All smoke-free rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. It is therefore strongly recommended not to smoke in these rooms.
In the event of an alarm, the person triggering the alarm will bear the costs of the fire brigade intervention. (approx. 1,000.00 €).

Ventilation
Our guest rooms are equipped with a ventilation system. It is not an air conditioning system that actively cools.
We kindly ask you to keep the windows closed in order to ensure an optimal supply of fresh air – especially when outside temperatures are high, as the system will otherwise draw the hot air from outside into the room.
The ventilation switches to a lower/quieter level for the night, but cannot be regulated / switched off completely in each room.
